Around the world in 73 days...
With my big bag I made the final steps that brought me completely around the world. What a blast...beautiful, exciting, memorable.

the best way to say cheerio to Japan is going to the zoo and eating some good ramen.
I also got to see Tegan and Sara play in a venue at the top of a department store in Shibuya. I'm so far away, and I just can't see you...

I say goodbyes I dont want to say...
I saw some dear Shingo colleagues today.
They really made me smile.
I'm leaving the land of the apples and snow.
On to Tokyo and forward to merry old England...

notes to self

• wallets can be stolen when inside a sticky picture 'purikara' booth...
• policemen in Japan can seriously ask you for a fingerprint to prove you drew bad picture of said booth
• and Japan really has so little crime, 4 officers can be excited for 40 minutes over a pink wallet theft
